Need to find a competent cook. Fried fish was very undercooked. Burger ordered well done came medium RARE. Manhattan clam chowder was tasteless and only a few small bits of clam. Will not be going back.

It's wonderful! They serve freshly-made food, and the place is well cleaned.

It's ok. We ordered omelettes with a few add-ons but they don't season their omelets, they were very bland.But our waitress was amazing.

Solid diner. Nothing extra special. I added chicken to my omelet and that little piece was $5! That's ridiculous. But for was fine.

Service was good but the eggs benedict were not. Then again, my mistake for ordering that at a diner in the middle of the night lol. My friend's pancakes were good.

I love ❤️ this diner! It’s the only genuine diner left in NJ! They have the most delicious meals, chicken sandwiches, burgers, salads and coffee ever! Low key, 👍 prices, staff is very accommodating and courteous! Can’t wait for them to reopen..I’ve passed by like 10xs already hoping to see them cooking again. Hopefully soon! Haven’t been here yet? Don’t let a great meal with new friends pass you by...

I eat in this spot a lot since I work close by. I got to say the customer service is always good and they keep the spot neat at all times. Prices are affordable and they serve generous portions.

The breakfast was DELISH! Eggs cooked to a perfect over easy, potatoes flavorful but not salty! The waitress Tara....A-MA-ZING! Irene is fabulous and knows her customers. Very refreshing to feel like you're family and just stopping by for chat and coffee. Its my going back to again.....and again!

Food was ok, typical dinner food. We ordered Taylor ham, egg and cheese on a roll and it was $9. A little high for a breakfast sandwich.

Lyndhurst Dinner, more like a home cooked meal with family you love. You can't go wrong with their everyday specials and unique coffee. Great spot when hunger strikes! On Sundays they serve cream of turkey soup - absolutely wonderful. In the area, look no further. Happy eatings! 😀

No service no acknowledgement for more than 5 minutes. Not even a greeting of any kind! Truly I was not even welcome by the greader. It sucked!! Will not recommend to any of my friends and family

The waiter became extremely aggressive when one of my friends asked a simple question. The same waiter asked if we were ready to order multiple times it felt like we were being rushed. He was condescending with us when we asked nicely to split the check.

Below average diner food, there is nothing you will get here that you can't get better somewhere else. Decor is old and outdated, food is very bland. There's noting about this place that would make you want to come here as opposed to another one of the many diners in the area.

Great service and prices! The waiter was very kind and polite. The omlete and waffles we're great. The home fries were a bit undercooked but doesn't harm my rating of the place!

Love this diner. Been to a lot of other diners around but we seem to always come back to this one. The staff is great and has a whole lot of regular patrons we see every time we go in.

Stopped in and had spaghetti and meatballs came with open with salad bar. And they have a liquor license so you can have an nice cold with the meal I enjoyed. Prices food and service were good.

The service was friendly and knowledgeable. Has a nice atmosphere. Kid friendly. The menu is very diversified. Easy to get to. The food was top notch. One of the best bacon cheeseburger I've had in a long time.

Hello! This diner surprised me! I got a California burger with onions on it along with a side of fries. Well let me tell you it was one of the better burgers I had from any diner. My wife went with a buffalo chicken wrap which was also to her liking. I won’t hesitate to come back.

Been coming here since 1988 ..Something for everybody on the menu! Irene is awesome and the place has never been better ! The menu is huge and food is always made to order n fresh ! I love the desserts as well ! Always a pleasure stopping in for a bite to eat !

Love the pizza burger here and their disco fries. My wife loves their soups.

Beautiful interiors. Lots of veggie options. Their Vegetarian burger is extraordinary!
